Passport booking slots at FNB a problem Hi My mother has paid and tried to get her passport online. The Home affairs process was a positive until it came to the booking with FNB Cornubia as it only gives us a notification that the time slots are unavailable, we have tried booking at midnight, we've been trying every day for the last 3 months. I am outraged, and disgusted at the service as we have tried calling the branch at cornubia and apparently they don't take calls and we are back at a FNB call centre, which the consultants put us from consultant to consultant then to help desk, with no success at all. Other banks do not have this issue, esp Nedbank and STD, why FNB is ur system so pathetic. We want answers immediately, or our money back.
