Passport booking FAILURE!

App**** for my passport online and paid in full. Now trying to get a booking on the Department of Home Affairs website for FNB Cornubia branch. It is IMPOSSIBLE. Tried all the tricks people talk about, typing in the date ranges etc etc - nothing works! A terrible service to offer when no one at the branch is able to assist.
