Passing the bug and Breach of contract

About a month ago I was contacted by a consultant to offer me a credit card. We spent more than 30 minutes and we reached a consensus. He told me all the documents I needed to submit for an activation which I did in about 4 days and the activation of the card was done. They then had to switch 2 of my accounts in 4 days at the most, I was advised. 5 days went by and no communication from anyone, so I pick up the phone and call them. I spent more than an hour and spoke to 8 people to finally get through to someone who advised me that my documents were received and everything should be done in 5 days at the most. 7 days went by and I called them again, spent 40 minutes and after the 6th person and requested to speak to some management atleast. I was then told by the manager Sandy Aslett that she'll get the correct people to call me, however she escalating and my query should take 7 days at the most. Today is again more than a week since I spoke to her and I haven't received any feedback, instead what they did is increasing the credit which I never asked for and I'm just wondering if I'll ever get feedback cause I'm not going to spend more of my money and time attempting to call them.
