Passing the buck
On 1 October we gave notice that one of our entities are no longer part of the group, and their two accounts had to be de-linked from our online banking profile. I contacted the Business Priority Suite, called the OBE call centre, sent requests to our "business bankers" Junita Nerpath, Jyoti Parshotam, Ivor Francis, Zama Mthethwa, Alida Raaths who did not even bother to reply, or just pass the buck. Can someone please bother to assist?
