Passed between Ebucks - FNB Connect

I am on ebucks level 5. Last month I signed up for FREE ADSL uncapped because of me ebucks. I am already on uncapped ADSL from another ISP and I just wanted to test out FNB Connect. I used it for a little while but wasn't impressed so I stopped using them from 13 July. On 26th July I get an incontact SMS reflecting a R399 payment for FNB Connect when I contacted them (Neaho) to query it, I was told that I got a 0% discount from ebucks and transferred me to ebucks (Chanel). Ebucks informed me that I didn't qualify for June because I didn't make a sufficient deposit. When I asked why I wasn't I informed I was told that the onus is on me to keep checking the ebucks website. Being this as it may all other internet ISP I have been with sends me an invoice before payment due date but not FNB Connect nor Ebucks. As soon as I got the incontact SMS I cancelled FNB connect but supposedly it was too late I was supposed to cancel on the 25th not 26th. Had been sent an Invoice I would have cancelled earlier - I only knew I was going to be charged after I was debited (incontact SMS - 26th). I am being charged for something I am not using and ebucks directs me to FNB connect and vice versa
