Partners in crime

Partners in crime I have cancelled blocked reversed and stopped a debit order to Fedility ADT security several times because Fedility will not cancel the contract on they side but FNB still gives ADT my money every month and this month they debit twice. Without any new debicheck if I ask FNB how is this possible the excuse I get Fedility ADT Security comes with new reference number but when I ask why I didn't get a new debit check I get no answer. ********* not a reliable bank after all after 19yrs I'm using FNB.
