Partial payment recieved to *****

I was recently a victim of digital ***** with my first Nation bank app. on the 18/07 /23. I did report the incident to my bank Ref Number for case *** On the 5/8/3+2023 recieve recieve a partial payment of R6000 after the bank concluded thier investigation. The total amount I was de*****ed of was R11000 I contacted FNB and required as to why I did not recieve a total refund of all monies that was de*****ed. They gave me an explination of which I really did not understavd and did not make sence to me as I feel that I should be full compensated as thier policy says that if any ***** was committed I should be fully compensated and not a partial payment I would apreciate it if you good please do an investigation regarding this matter.
