Partial 32 Days Account

Fnb Their consultants advised that I open a savings account with them. 32 days vings account and never do they advise you of the cons of open this account with them. I have been on the account morethan 1 and 1/2 year and to date I have made loses morethan I have made any interests. Recently went to their Apps to do a transaction and unfortunately made a huge transfer to this account. Trying to revise it never helped so I tried to withdraw the amount as I needed to use it but the charge was R900. 2 weeks later today I went to branch and was told I made the error and now need to pay for it there was nothing to do with them. This is absurd. And I told them there can do something if not then I would need to close the account but was told again I needed to pay to close the account.

I need to use the money and what is the use of 1 opening a savings account only to lose that money and support them?

Please assist on this urgently
