Parcel not received
Please note I received a message that my parcel will be received today and at 17:40 after calling RAM I was told the driver had issues and my parcel will be delivered tomorrow 4 Feb before 17h00. It worries me that this is the same message I received in the morning that the parcel will be delivered before 17h00 and yet I had to be the one calling to find out where is the driver.
I cannot plan my days around your service provider because they operationally fail your client.
I need my device before 12:00
