Pandemic vs funeral claim

Ive been banking with fnb for years now and upon a lapsed policy due to the pandemic, they refused to entertain my funeral claim or reimburse my already paid premiums. How sad that my trusted bank refuses to see reason and/or charge a penalty on my claim
