Painful process to get a credit card

About 3 months ago I received a sms that I can get two free credit cards with my business account.

So I apply for for one as it would help me. The process is really painful as I have to fill in numerous documents. I also had to follow up numerous times and get my personal banker involved.

Now after I went through all this pain they inform me that by law they can give me a credit card as my business is a trust.

It is really ridiculous that they encourage me to get a credit card if there is no chance that I can get one.

They just wasted a lot of my time, I am really upset.
