Painful Process

If I could give zero stars I would.

FNB Business banking is a DISASTER. Second time on Hello Peter trying to just get any communication from FNB Business. It’s been a month of fighting to just open my account then it gets opened but there’s no way of accessing it and no instructions to move forward then told that I must register it which I did and was told I’d be contacted. THEN NOTHING BUT SILENCE!!!! It’s been a week of silence!!! After 30min of secure chat with THREE DIFFERENT departments I’m told I have to call the call centre and any linking of accounts will take 3-5 working days!! WHAT IS GOING ON FNB. BUSINESS!!!!
