Painful inefficient banking

Most painful bank to deal with. Coming from Nedbank, everything here is a problem. I upgrade my account, 2 accounts were made, now they can't close the other account, 2 weeks gone account is still open. Now I must log some credit dispute and wait 5 to 30 days before that can go through before I have to log another request to close the account. Damn useless and inefficient!!!
