Painful banking!

I had transferred money from my Money on Call to Pay to Cell on the 20th March. The person receiving the money did not get the money, so I did an eWallet on the 22nd which was received successfully. I am now trying to trace this money. When I called, the lady said Pay to cell goes into the persons FNB Bank account, but the person does not have an FNB account. Then they said I should call eWallet, I have tried several times and each department keeps transferring me back to the last. I have tried to go threw premier banking - Poppy just dropped the call, they other guy went to go get coffee while I was on hold. I had tried the whole of Friday and Saturday to get this sorted and still nothing. I am expecting my money and all the times I spent on FNB trying to figure out there system.
