Paidup letter and refund

Thembelani from FNB loans call centre, helped to refund me and send me a paid-up letter on a loan account.... the other two consultants I spoke to prior- one misled me and the other frustrated me even further. Thembelani had the willingness to listen, and not be defensive, he just allowed me to be customer, state my case and he immediately responded that he is on it! he is a true asset to FNB, his colleagues can learn a thing or two from him___ He deserves an incentive voucher! well done Thembelani you are a star
