Paid up loan but no update on ITC since July 2017
I settled my FNB personal loan on the 25th of July 2017 but FNB is not updating with credit bureaus. They are taking me from pillar to post when I enquire with promises to update within 7 days with no success till today. Now they are not even responding to my queries. I was declined a job offer that could have changed my life for the better because FNB did not update this account. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT UPDATED IMMEDIATELY as per your slogan.
