Paid up letters and credit due

I have paid off all my debt and requested my paid up letters (4 in total) from FNB aswell as the closure of all my accounts. I received 3 paid up letters only and was told I overpaid my debt and a credit would be given.

I then called to ask about the 4th letter to which I was informed I owe interest on the accounts which I had already received the paid up letters for????? Even though I told FNB to close these accounts... I explained to the consultant the issue and was told it was being sent to the credit manager to close my accounts as I made it clear that I am not paying that interest due to an error from FNB (they could see on the system that I had requested them to be closed after I paid them off).

I have had no response with regards to the closing of these accounts and no response with regards to my outstanding paid up letter as well as my credit. Whenever I call I get told that I must email then nobody responds to my emails... I AM GETTING NOWHERE.

How can a simple paid up letter, closing of accounts and my credit due to me take so long to sort out??????

"The First Rand Debt Review Centre hereby confirms that a paid up letter will be provided no later than 19 November 2018." Can I expect this letter today as was promised by FNB?

Still waiting for the letter... Hopefully I actually get it today as promised. It is issue after issue with you. I requested for ALL my accounts to be closed after I paid them off... I have spent so many wasted minutes trying to sort out that with you and was told it would be sorted... What do you know? I am now accumulating interest on my Cheque account which I asked to close 3 NOVEMBER... I try to contact you to sort out YET ANOTHER ISSUE and was told they cannot close the account because I am a risk... What nonsense is this????? I am FUMING now.
