paid up letter with a case number.

its very disappointing that a big bank that people think of it as the best, is destroying people and is Running business as usual while we struggle. i have settled FNB account on the 15th May 2018. before settling this account i had made payment arrangements with FNB but during that FNB still made a judgment against me. now their account was settled but to date my profile at ITC its still not updated. Am trying to assist myself in removing the judgment but i cant, because FNB does not have a letter in my name with a case number on it. the letter is required at ITC to remove the judgment. FNB received their money in full am stuck with a bad record. i wonder how will i get this letter or my ITC profile be updated, relevant bank officials are paid to assist people sitting in nice offices with phones on their tables but when called no one answers or even care to rectify their mistakes.

I will never ever get a simple letter from FNB. am now told that i must wait for 21 days to get a paid up with a case number, after waiting for more 60 days there's still 21 more days for someone to seat down and type a letter. FNB is only interested to take money from people no to make people happy. i guess am asking a lot to get what is rightfully mine. is there any page where i can tell the nation my experience and warn people to never do any business with FNB? am only left with one option to take legal action this is very disturbing. FNB is stepping on my rights.
