Paid up letter request ignored

I have been struggling to get a paid up letter on my account for more than 3weeks. I either get ignored or get a reply that it was sent to me but I have received nothing. They are very keen to hear from when you owe money but asking for a paid up letter doesnt look like priority. I see this as bad customer service
