Paid up letter request FNB
I have been trying to get through to the following number *** to request a paid up letter for a FNB cheque account. I have been holding over 3 days for 2+ hours and no assistance is taken and the call is not being attended to. I contacted *** and explained that no one is assisting on the above mentioned number. They merely state that they cannot assist and puts me through to this number. This is NOT service! It should really not be so difficult to just request a letter. This service is extremely bad.
