Paid Up Letter Request

Your intervention will be highly appreciated. I am waiting for a paid up letter since last week, I was promised that i will get it on Thursday and on Friday when I called, I was advised that the request has not yet been actioned. I have been calling your call center and calls have been dropped on my ear while waiting to be transferred. I need someone who knows what to do to call me and resolve my issue.
