PAID UP LETTER REQUEST

I am very disappointed in the service I received from FNB, All I requested was for paid up letters to obtain a clearance certificate from Zero debt and clear my name from the ITC. I have phoned numerous times to the FNB loan department giving me the run around and be promised that the letter will be sent within 48 hours, for the paid-up letters.
