PAID UP LETTER REQUEST

I am very disappointed in the service I received from FNB, All I requested was for paid up letters in order to obtain a clearance certificate from Debtbusters and clear my name from the ITC.

I have phoned numerous times to the FNB loan department giving me the run around, also was in contact via mail with one of your Loan people, for the paid up letters and still giving me the run around.

Please assist, I have phone numerous time but how is it that no one can help me??? Surely you should have records of my past accounts and payments thereof also, to supply me with the paid up letters the above mentioned accounts.

It is becoming frustrating and I have no option to resort to HelloPeter or consumer ombutsman for this which is unnecessary.

Please help me obtain my paid up letters, other wise I have no choice but to take this matter up further and I have all the names and contact numbers at FNB I have phoned.

Still no answer but believe me I have all the names I spoke and corresponded to and numbers from FNB all I NEED IS MY PAID UP LETTERS FOR THE PAID TEMPORARY LOAN AND PERSONAL LOAN ACCOUNTS STATED IN THE INSERT LETTER ABOVE.
