Paid up letter refusal
Why do we not have a negative star. Fnb refuses to send me a paid up letter for a loan a paid up a MONTH AGO. Further a whole month later they still haven’t updated my Itc. Surely this forms part of my consumer rights?? We work so hard to ensure our credit records are recognized yet institutes as yourselves are making sure we fail. What disgusting service. So disappointing.
