Paid up letter from fnb

So I am in the process of purchasing a property. I was approved on condition that I provide my paid up letters from fnb. I've been on the phone for about 3 weeks now with fnb finally got a interim paid up letter. The bank which is approving my bond will not accept the interim letters. I then lodged a complaint with fnb. They called me back today, spoke to a lady who was very helpful initially then put me on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes then I eventually hung up. All I want is my paid up letters thats all.
