Paid up letter for temp loan itc update
I have been requesting for a paid up for the past month and I am not getting any joy. The Complaints Department keeps sending me to RCL department that never gets back to me with my request althou I have sent them proof of Payment numerous times. They have listed me 3 times on ITC for one temp loan that is fully paid.

The strange question is when you listed me 3 times you didn't need me to send the report. Now to fix your mess you want to try and buy time by requesting for things that you have access too. Abigail Chauke has taken all the reference numbers of the accounts appearing as this Temp Loan in October and she didn't do anything about it. Now she is asking for a report. I have sent the reportand whats gonna be next then? Are you trying to just over indebt me ? These are temp loans all reflect active. Why are they not closed? What game is FNB playing with my credit life?
