Paid up letter

Good day.

I wrote to you not long ago regarding my refund from FNB in order to close the account for i am with debt review. After a long struggle and writing to you. They have finally refunded me. Now its a struggle to get my paid up letter from the. Debt rescue and i have on multiple occasions email them just to be met with an auto response email and no progress. This is the last paid up letter i need in order to get my clearance certificate from debt rescue.
