PAID UP LETTER

The level of incompetence at this bank is ,truly is shocking. For the past week my partner and i have been sending mails requesting a paid up a letter on a credit card he settled in 2019 and till date no response came through. I called the contact Centre the whole week and literally spoke to the entire bank as i was taken from pillar to post. no one seems to know the department that issues out the paid out letters. some agents you can clearly tell they are waking up from sleep.

The frustration in all this is we trying to buy a house and we are not being assisted because this " account " is still pulling as active on ITC. I just hope someone with some sense will sort this up, this is ridiculous
