PAID UP LETTER DELAYS - FRB DEBT REVIEW THE WORST
Why is it such a hassle to get a paid up letter from FNB. My husband and I were under debt review, now we need to get our clearance certificate, but waiting on FNB to give us a paid up letter for one account. I don't understand why it takes them so long to send it to us, and the call center is of no help. They just tell you to wait for the email, which never comes. Honestly the other banks have a quicker turn around time. Its so frustrating having this one account holding us back from getting a clearance certificate....

29 Jan 2024, 11:36Firstly, I'm not George Brink and neither is my husband. I received an email today with the paid up letters i requested, but I cannot open them, they are encrypted, and our ID numbers don't work. Now I'm thinking that maybe our documents are encrypted with George Brinks ID number. So its back to square one, for us. We have paid up letters that we cannot use.
