Paid Up Letter (Covid Relief Loan)

It is impossible to get a Paid up Letter from FNB or any of their employees / departments which should be there to assist you, THE CUSTOMER!!!

I have the following Ticket number for your system that obviously does not work, ***...

Still no response nor any mail with the paid up letter. It does not help to phone the call centre as they only inform you that they work remotely and no manager is available.

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH...always have and always will be!!!!
