Paid up letter
I had a loan with FNB and i paid up my loan in 2017, now i called and asked for a paid up letter, they are transferring me to different departments without any assistance. how can asking for a paid up letter takes up to 3 weeks without getting any assistance? I'm currently banking with FNB and i feel very disappointed because there is no one to assist me with just a paid up letter for my loan.

06 May 2021, 10:05so FNB said my paid up letter will be sent to me before 10 working days since from the day i app**** for it, and now when i checked the 10 working days has passed without any letter sent to me. I'm really disappointed with FNB right now and i don't even have power on how they should understand how important the letter is. I asked for letters from all my creditors and the didn't even give me a waiting period, the letters were sent the same day but why with FNB i have to wait this long for just a paid-up letter
