Paid up Letter

I've been calling FNB the whole day to get a paid up letter. The consultants are sending me from pillar to post. Instead of getting assistance I keep getting different numbers to call and listen to the music for a good 30 mins or more at a time. FNB I do not regret my decision to move, your service is extremely poor!! Stop sending the same account which has been settled a year ago to different collection companies, just hire competent people to handle your administration and stop harassing me.
