Paid up letter and stop being harassed by FNB debt collectors

I app**** for debt review and after 2 months my situation changed and I was able to afford my debts.I requested a settlement amount from the debt review department on the 27 March 2017 and they gave me discounts on the 2 debts I owed. On the same day I made payment for both accounts. I have been requesting since then for my accounts to be closed off,the balance has not be written off.

On the 11 April 2017,I received a letter from FNB debt collection that I need to pay the balance within 7 days before it accumulates.

My details are ********** 751086.

I need paid up letters so that I can send to my debt councilor.

I hope I will receive my refund because my debt councilor made a payment after I had paid the settlement amount.
