PAID UP LETTER AND Refund (Ref ***)

I had a personal loan with FNB. I have been requesting a paid-up letter from February this year. I haven't received it to date. I owed them an amount of R115, and I paid on the 6th of November 2025. They owe me an amount of R1056.49 and a paid-up letter. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in this regard. Thank you.
