Paid up letter

My account have been paid off last year already however I dont get a paid off letter - Im getting all the others but the one a really want I dont get

Can you kindly close the following account *******7755 and forward me the paid up letter ID nr .................086 for your reference - So my issue still not resolve - account still not close Ive sent you banking details more then a week back still the account is open and paid up letter outstanding - please look into this the account has been settled more then a year back -
