PAID UP LETTER

I settled 2 accounts yesterday and spoke to a consultant who was nice and helpful and very professional who advised me that if I send the email to his email address SG******* as well as the normal FNB email addresses where POP's go to he will revert back to me in writing to say that the payment was received. I still haven't received anything back from him and I even sent a follow up email early this morning. I need these paid up letters or at least something from you to say that this accounts has been settled in full or I won't have a ROOF OVER MY HEAD!
