Paid up letter

I’m not so happy with FNB credit card, I have send emails numerous times and called to be given different numbers all the time. All I need is my paid up letter. I paid up the credit card in October 2022 till today I can’t get paid up letter. *** and my email address is *** all I need is a paid up letter.
