Paid-Up letter

My overdraft was settled through debt review in February 2018. Now that I've settled all my debts I need a paid-up letter from them. When I call, I keep being transferred from different people eventual the phone gets dropped. It is so frustrating and I can't keep calling them every day. I am now thinking of visit the bank physically. Bad service:(
