Paid up letter
Requested a paid up letter. Spoke to an agent on 23 January and was advised that the reason I cant make a payment was that the amount I wanted to pay was more than what was outstanding. So after couple of attempts the payment was made and I was told the small amount outstanding will be written of and they will send me the paid up letter. So today I asked for my paid up letter again after waiting more than 5 business days. Just to hear there is still R30 outstanding on the account. Please can someone phone me and send me the paid up letter?

Received an e-mail stating the account is now closed and paid up letter was issued 02 March 2022. However I have not received the letter. Just phoned again and was told the account is closed but paid up letter is not ready yet. Who's lying here??? Please don't start lying to your customers, you are a bank and have just lost all credibility. Not sure what they lady's name was I spoke to but it was around 9:00 3 March 2022. I phoned from ***. Guess what? Your consultant dropped the phone while busy with me.
