Paid up letter

I was on Debt Review with FNB account . I have paid up the account balance. Requested a paid up letter to date no luck even went into bank still no result. FNB even hand me over to Brooks&Luyts incorrectly. Brooks&Luyts were very rude and don't believe me called me every day. No apologies from FNB or Brook& Luyts.
