Paid up debt but cannot be cleared on Credit Berau

I have settled my credit card with FNB Lawyers though their Attorneys. I even received a settlement letter.<br> On the 19th October I was asked to complete XDS forms and submit together with the copy of ID. I found out the request for judgement to be rescinded has not been launched. When I called Alli Gree this morning, she told me its not their responsibility to remove my name but of FNB. She then referred me to Terry. Her attitude is beyond human imagination. She first told she never received the instruction to rescind judgement(from whom I don't know). She further said she has not received any documentation from Allie, that is, XDS forms and copy of ID which I sent on the 19th of October. In her closing, she I must go and do this myself, that is, asking different credit beraux company to clear judgement. She said she's got hundreds of client so am not the only one who needs the clearance. This is not the discussion I had with Alli in the first call I made to her regarding settling the account. On the other side I sent an email to Aisha at FNB this morning. She never responded. I called her an hour ago she said she was going to call back in 15 minutes. She has not called.
