Paid up Account listed as owing on Transunion

Good day

My pension fund backed housing loan was paid up earlier this year from my Provident Fund.

However this is listed as still owing on my Transunion credit profile. A call to the call centre on the 31st didnt yield any results as the consultants expressed no knowledge of the said product.

The Pension Fund Backed Housing Loan account number is : ********** 159041

I would like a paid up letter issued and the ITC profile updated as a matter of urgency.
