Paid up account, but credit is needed for over paying

Im underdebt review, and have a fnb credit card, i requested a settlement figure, and received this on the 14th of august 2020, which was valid untill the end of august 2020....so i settled the account on 20th of august, meaning i dont owe fnb any more money. After that, i had to post a review on hellopeter because i couldn't get my paid up letter, and the paid up letter was sent to me via hellopeter and ended up in my junk,which i only saw on the 23 of September!

Further the debt review agency made an additional 2 payments to fnb to my account 1. 31 august 2020 R507.84 2. 2nd of oct 2020 R652.78

Both of these have to be refunded to me,and they only want to refund the 2nd amount,

Please can this be paid back to me as i have been in and out of fnb, dialing from their offices but have not received any joy...

Again this is utterly poor customer service
