Paid Up

I took a loan with Fnb on the 23/07/2019 and decided that I don't need the loan so I settle it at Fnb yesterday 24/07/2019. Now the Fnb branch on West Street 320 to doesnt want to give me a paid up letter because I'm applying for credit they need a paid up. I can't be begging for a letter stating that I have paid as if I'm still owing you. Pls email it to my email address *** I have a baby I can't be going to Fnb every day for the letter I called Fnb Call Centre they said I must want for 45 days I DONT HAVE 45 DAYS TO WAIT..
