Paid off Temp Loans still on my name for two years. No help!

Been struggling a whole month now again to clear my paid up temporary loans from 2019.... No one comes back to me, still shows on my name and the bank just don't care about their clients. Still no feedback and it's long past 10 working days.... hallo Petered FNB on 5 October, spoken to them on the 5th and again through the whole of the previous month. Still no feedback and still nothing done to my credit report.... is there a manager that I can speak to.... Spoken to Shanti and another consultant.... still nothing

When will FNB help me? Is there someone that can help me? Is there someone competent to help me with my credit record.... I believe I made the right decision when I closed my FNB Cheque account... was in doubt, but no I truly believe I did make the best choice.... don't know what is going on with FNB lately
