Paid off personal loans still Charged

We are currently in a pandemic, but that doesn't mean our debit orders and expenses stop. Yes I am one of those that unfortunately lost my job due to the pandemic the day before Lockdown started. I still managed to get the last bit of money to pay off my personal Loan. I was unaware that i had to contact FNB 10 days in advance for them to stop my debit order.

FNB let the debit order go thru even though the loan was paid off. I then contacted them on the 2nd of June to do a refund and was told to wait 3 to 5 working days. Today is the 10th of June and i'm told sorry they are working thru a backlog of refunds and i should wait until the 12 of June. Here I sit with no money in my account.
