Paid off letter
My wife had a Personal loan account with FNB that I didn't know and she forgot about, she's currently no longer working and I've managed to pay off the account and they playing games and don't want to send me the paid off letter. at 1st they said in 3 days time now after 3 days they saying 7 days. This is holding me back cause as a married couple we have to buy a house and now FNB doesn't want to clear her record and send us the paid off letter.

I'm still not happy about the wrong information we received from your consultants. Last week Friday we received a call and the lady confirmed that the account is been paid and the payment reflect on the system, she said she will request the account to be closed immediately and she will send the paid off letter same day or latest will be Saturday morning. we are still waiting for the letter or a call. FNB you are so quick to demand payments from us but you can't even hold to your promises, does it take days to click on close account? or you need to investigate why the client paid off the account? I am really tired of calling your 087 numbers all the time the consultants saying my system is offline and others will hang up the line while you talking. This is a really bad service we getting from FNB.
