Paid license renewal more than 2 weeks ago no feedback from FNB!!! License now expired

We paid for our vehicle's license renewal on 21 November 2022. After making numerous calls to various departments as advised by FNB we still do not have our license disc and no one can provide us with information regarding the renewal thereof. In the meantime our license has expired and no one can provide us with information on the renewal! We are very disappointed this time around with FNB's service delivery.
