paid for nothing

<p>With regards to the last report I wrote about FNB............ got the response from Lerato and she advised that when they advised me that I forfeited the benefit onvthe dim card it also meant that I am forfeited they amount they deducted which means I paid them for nothing. I am de loyal FNB client and I want this matter to be taken further...</p>
