Paid fnb and still it shows as legal on your profile after fnb promised me my name and profile will be updated and corrected

Had a dispute with fnb over savings acc from 1998 and was listed by fnb cause of bankcosts that was charge to the account i did not use for years! I settled the acc and still i see on my fnb profile it says legal loans???? I never had any loan with fnb? How can fnb continue to put it on my profile if i never had a loan and i paid fnb legal the amount that was agreed????? my name should be cleared and nothing should show on my profile!! Fnb told me that my name is clear but if that was the case why is it still showing on my profile?????
